How can we be so cost-efficient?
For Example: A recent on-site project was on the East Coast and the Consultant resides on the West Coast. Air travel, one way, was approximately 9 hours – included plane change – plus drive time of 2 hours. The same time was required for return. So, 22 hours of “life-time” were used up in non-productive/non-billing activities. (The loss of mental acuity, due to 3 hour time change, is not assigned a time cost.) We can devote these hours to our virtual clients … and this lowers our intangible cost.
